В ніч з 14 на 15 грудня у Дніпрі невідомі спалили автомобіль місцевого активіста Геннадий Кириченко . Представники місцевої організації Громадський Контроль пов’язують цю подію з його успішною боротьбою проти незаконного розміщення автомобільної стоянки. Прикметно, що авто облили бензином і підпалили на другий день після розірвання незаконного договору оренди.
Transparency International Україна припускає, що це може бути помстою та актом залякування проти громадського активіста, який у законний спосіб відстоює власні права та права громади.
Закликаємо владу забезпечити оперативне розслідування та покарати замовників і виконавців цих злочинних дій.
Звертаємо увагу на те, що ми також очікуємо на результати розслідування побитття активістів Харківський антикорупційний центр та нападу на суддю-викривача Лариса Гольник.

On the night of December 14 to 15, unknown people burned the car of local activist Hennadii Kyrychenko. Representatives of the local organization Civil Control believe this event to be connected with his successful fight against illegal location of the parking lot. Interestingly, the car was doused with gas and set on fire the day following the termination of the illegal lease contract.
Transparency International Ukraine suspects this may have been an act of revenge and intimidation against the social activist, who defends his own rights and the rights of the community within the law.
We urge the authorities to ensure fast and effective investigation and punish the instigators and perpetrators of the criminal acts.
As a reminder, we also expect to see the investigation results of the beating of Kharkiv Anti-Corruption Center activists and of the attack on whistleblower judge Larysa Holnyk.
